IT support that keeps your business technology working.

Email, domains, tools and automations, with specialist IT support when you need it.

Your IT setup starts with a list of every tool your business uses, who owns each account and how they connect.

Then accounts are set up properly, with a specialist IT professional involved for specialist work.

Your tools should work together.

Most businesses add tools one at a time. Logins get shared, nobody is sure who owns the domain, and the same details are typed into three systems.

We set up shared accounts with clear owners, connect the tools you use, and cut out the repeated admin. Your domains and DNS are recorded, so you always know where they live.

When you need specialist support, your NOIZE concierge brings in a specialist IT professional and keeps the work tied to your wider business brief.

Nobody should have to guess who owns the domain.

  4. Get the team using it

You receive access records, simple guides and the agreed support arrangement.

Set it up once. Then let the tools talk to each other.

Email, calendars, files and your other tools are set up so they connect and stay connected.

What can be set up for you.

These are the things NOIZE sets up directly, within an agreed scope.

Scoped voice and reception tools, with a clear handover to a person. Set up with NOIZE Talent.

Routine onboarding and permissions. Specialist device and security administration sits with a specialist IT professional where needed.

We set it up. Specialists keep it supported.

NOIZE sets up the everyday tools. Where specialist IT work is needed, an appropriately qualified IT professional is involved.

The right IT specialists can be brought in and coordinated for you.

Some work needs a specialist IT provider. We make sure an appropriately qualified specialist is involved, share the relevant business context and agree the scope with you. Your NOIZE concierge can coordinate the work, so you are not managing another supplier on your own.

Questions people ask us.

The things people ask before they start. Can’t see yours? Ask us in your first chat.

Can you set up our business email?

Yes, within the agreed Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace scope.

Can you manage our domains?

Yes. Ownership and renewal responsibility are written down.

Can you connect the tools we already use?

We review the connection options and permissions first, then confirm what is possible.

Do you provide managed IT and cybersecurity?

Those specialist services are delivered by appropriately qualified specialists.

Do I need to manage the partner myself?

No. Your NOIZE concierge can coordinate the agreed work and handovers.

Who owns our accounts and data?

You do. Ownership and access are documented, and we use accounts in your business name where we can.

Is support available all the time?

Only where the provider’s agreed support plan says so.

What does it cost?

NOIZE work and partner work are scoped and quoted. Ongoing licence and support costs are listed separately.

Important information about NOIZE IT

NOIZE provides administrative support and business strategy. Where work is outside our skillset, or the law requires it, we make sure an appropriately qualified professional is involved.

What we may be able to assist with

Depending on what is agreed with you, NOIZE may be able to assist with practical setup and administration such as registering domains, changing DNS records, setting up Google Business Profile, email accounts, devices, user access, phone numbers and integrations, plus business strategy around your technology. Any assistance is administrative and secretarial in nature.

Where a qualified professional may be required

Specialist work, such as managed security, penetration testing, network infrastructure or regulated data handling would need to be carried out by an appropriately qualified specialist.

How work may be handled

There is no fixed process. How any piece of work may be handled, and who may carry it out, is discussed with you at the strategy or proposal stage and is subject to written agreement before work starts.

No outcome is promised

NOIZE does not guarantee that any system, device or account will be free from faults, outages, data loss or security incidents. Backups, security settings and access controls reduce risk but cannot remove it.

Responsibility for advice

NOIZE takes on no liability for regulated advice. Where an appropriately qualified professional provides any advice or regulated work, that professional is responsible for it under their own engagement and terms.

Your decisions remain yours

You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking that information you give us is complete and accurate. Read any document carefully, and get independent advice, before you sign or rely on it.

This is general information only. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Speak to a qualified adviser before acting.
